Dr. Christa Mallay grew up in Marystown, NL. After completing high school, Dr. Mallay attended Memorial University in St. John’s, NL and received a degree in Archaeology. It was during this time, while studying the human skeleton that she decided to further her education related to the human body. One short year later, she was attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, Ontario.
While attending CMCC, Christa worked as a certified Personal Trainer. Even though her personal training days are behind her, she calls upon that knowledge when providing her patients with exercises and rehabilitation programs.
Dr. Mallay has also taken continuing education courses in Paediatric Chiropractic, Advanced Orthotic Therapy, Compression Stocking Therapy, and Vibromax Therapeutics.
